Differentiated Instruction in Science

Latest estimates are that 80% of today's high school age students are kinesthetic learners. Differentiated Instruction is the solution. By varying the presentation, and involving the student in their own learning and progress, student performance will improve. Science teachers will receive application-based, hands-on examples for meeting the diverse needs of their students as well as best practices for motivating student achievement. Adding differentiated instruction techniques to a classroom will positively enhance student, teacher and school success, by adding value and credibility. This presentation will be informative, but also will contain useful hands-on examples of how to engage students in participative learning activities.
